We had a question on one of the systems on our trailer once we got set up- a simple cellphone call from the campsite to Ranch Rv and we had everything figured out. Would shop at Ranch Rv again in a heartbeat.
Experienced trouble with my 2000's pop up camper not opening and closing properly. When I contacted them for help the customer service rep told me they were "too busy this time of year" and hung up. Frustrating...
The people there are so knowledgeable. The difference there is that you feel like you're talking with a friend, getting advice from someone who has already done what you are trying to do. No matter what I have bought there, I've always been totally satisfied. And after a sale, I called them for more advice and again it felt like chatting with a friend. And of course, everything they told me was totally right on. I can't recommend them more strongly. Good people. Lots of knowledge.
